KiwiOz Nannies are thoroughly verified. A
KiwiOz background check includes:
- A personal interview with KiwiOz consultant
- ID, visa, passport and licence verification
- Health declaration
- Criminal history declaration
- A five year employment history check including a minimum of three verbal reference checks
- Qualification check (where applicable)
All KiwiOz nannies are required to hold a police check from their country of origin,
or a UK CRB disclosure. Applicants who have been in the UK for less than 6 months should hold or apply for a police check from their country of origin.
Applicants who have been in the UK for longer than 6 months and do not have a clear police check issued within the last 12 months are required to undergo a CRB check, which cost £58, on
confirmation of employment. These can take up to 6 weeks to process via the CRB.
Private employers
If you are a London based client and you take on a nanny privately KiwiOz can complete a background check on your behalf covering all of the areas above. Use of this service will also qualify you for our KiwiOz employment support
service, should you like to participate.
The cost of processing a background check through KiwiOz is £475 + VAT.
