1. Register with KiwiOz
Call us on 020 7221 3555 to speak with one of our consultants, or complete the online registration form and your nearest consultant will be in touch.
2. Candidate profiles
Once you have registered your consultant will send you the details of potential applications to look over. You can discuss the profile with the consultant and from there arrange an interview.
3. Interviewing
Any candidates you express an interest in will be contacted by your consultant, who will arrange suitable interview times on your behalf. It is normal for the nannies to come to your home to meet with you and discuss the job description and their background and experience.
4. Offer and Contracts
Once you have decided on a suitable candidate your consultant is there to guide you through the offer and confirmation proceess. We can also supply and help you with a standard contract to modify and use should you choose to.
5. PAYE
As an employer you are responsible for organising and paying your nannies PAYE. Your KiwiOz consultant will be happy to help you arrange this.
6. Guarantee
Once you have confirmed your nanny a fee is payable to the agency. This comes with a replacement guarantee should your nanny not work out.
7. Support
During your placement we will keep in touch with both you and your nanny and are always available for advice on employment issues should you require it. We also like to help your nanny settle in, and can put your nanny in touch with other KiwiOz locals, as well as invite her to regular KiwiOz social events.
