Here's a recipe to be enjoyed outside in the garden on a lovely summers day! LEMONADE
Put zest in a saucepan with water and bring to a gentle boil. Let the water bubble for a few minutes, then strain it into a large bowl and discard the zest. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved, then stir in the lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate once it is cool. Do not put it into the fridge while still hot. To, serve, put ice cubes in tall glasses and pour lemonade on. Garnish with lemon and lime slices and serve! |
