It is legal requirement that you organise the tax and national insurance for your nanny. You can do this yourself via the Inland Revenue, however many parents choose to use a nanny PAYE company.
A PAYE company will organise payslips and take care of all of your tax and NI obligations on your behalf. They usually charge around £150- £250 for a year of service.
