It can be so hard to prioritise YOU time. Downtime to think, relax, exercise. We all know that it's important to do. We know that we can't be good at looking after little people, if we're not looking after ourselves first.

That's where this GREAT Facebook group comes in. Wellbeing for Educators has been set up by Dee Cruse. She is a parent and Educator who is passionate about helping other educators, parents and carers get some ME time.
Through this group you will receive and share inspiration, tips and support to help you maintain your wellbeing as an educator/ parent/ teacher/ caregiver.
