Gymnasium is a community focused strength, conditioning and mobility gym based around expertly coached group training, that happens to be located right next to KiwiOz HQ in Clapham. Conveniently they also have a Crossfit Kids & Teens program in school term time, and a Mums & Bubs Class 3 x a week, for post-natal Mums, and Dads too, with a KiwiOz Nanny creating a safe environment for the little ones in an adjoining studio close by.
